ABOUT ME

Trauma/Critical care nurse. Anarchist. Single-mother of a well adjusted and happy kid, despite my constant barrage of social justice and biological lingo. My life pretty much rules. Most of my friends have moved away, so this is a way for me to travel more frugally. My house has always been "couch surfed" via word of mouth from travelers hailing from all walks of life and geographies.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I work hard. I am crass. I am nurturing. I am a young woman who has accomplished much and look to my elders, my daughter, and my intuition for perspective on life's issues. I am much more settled down than I was not so long ago. Aging is bringing some much needed grace into my life.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Too many too count. Seriously. I work as a trauma nurse. Before that I lived off the land with a small baby on my back in an isolated area with long winters and no electricity or running water. I have seen the wild. Now I see the tragic and miraculous every day.
