ABOUT ME

I'm a fun-loving gal. My favorite activities are sitting around a fire, dock, or table having a drink with friends, hiking, taking walks downtown, and listening to music loudly. I have a great sense of humor and I try to surround myself with funny people. I like things that break from the ordinary, be they people, music, art, or occupation. I'm working towards being a zookeeper full-time, but until then I want to live my youth to the fullest and enjoy my time on the planet!

PHILOSOPHY

I try to live my life with no restrictions and an open mind. Life is too short to not accept people for who they are.

Movies: Good Will Hunting, Casablanca, Inception, Star Trek, Pride & Prejudice, Some Like It Hot, Breakfast Club, Ocean's 11, anything Marvel, Darjeeling Limited, and basically any classic romcoms. So everything.

Music: Eclectic and psychadelic, calm acoustic, experimental, ambient, math rock, some indie. my favorite bands are animal collective, battles, neutral milk hotel, fleet foxes, aphex twin... things like that. I also love pre-1950's music, it puts me in a good mood. love music.

Algo increíble que he hecho

One great memory is when I swam with a school of sea lions in the Galapagos. They were so playful and eager to interact. We spent an hour just chasing each other back and forth underwater and around the rocks.

I know a lot about the biology, ecology, and behavior of animals, particularly birds. I have lots of strange and amusing animal facts. I've also worked at a hang gliding air park and flown many times myself - those are always fun stories to tell.
