One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Two of my best friends and I visited Machu Picchu in Peru. When we got there, it was rainy and foggy and cold. We thought about turning around and leaving but decided to stick it out and see if the weather cleared. In the meantime, we hung out in a local hotel, drank hot water, and met some cool people from around the world. A few hours later, the fog lifted and the rain stopped, and it turned out to be an incredibly beautiful day.
