ABOUT ME

Hi there,
my name is Katharina, but everyone is calling me Katie!
A just finished school and needed a break between highschool and university. that`s why I decided to go overseas and travel around. I have been in New Zealand for 8 months and now I am in Australie for about 3 more months. I love travelling, getting to know so many different people and cultures.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I had one couchsurfing experience before, which wasn`t planned. My friend and mine wanted to sleep in the car on the south island in NZ to save some money. We were sitting outside having some dinner when a really, really nice guy came to us and offered us some place to sleep in a friend`s house. We were so lucky! That was such a nice experience so i decided to do couchsurfing more often and participate in that project. When i am back in Germany I will definitely offer couches in my house!
