Life is simple. Just how it should be.
I moved into my first very own flat here in August 2009 after the craziest renovation ever (old half/un- renovated house etc. you'll find a lot of these in LE) during which i and my little helpers stripped the entire flat of it's many over-painted german "rice krispy" wallpaper layers, to reveal the "real" wall and most probably thereby winning me an extra 5m² to the flat!
Leipzig is a quiet place, at times empty, and the town is still recovering from it's recent history, but there are plenty of open green spaces, rent is cheap, and the people still have the old eastern european DIY get-by attitude. They are willing to help each other out, and money rarely comes into question. A welcome change to London life.

Worked for some time in theatre, taught drama to kids, I write a lot, love good food, good wine, enjoy travelling and meeting new people, love plants, love to dance, love to laugh and always fight to the bitter end in passionate debates.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Trip to Lithuania in 2009. Met fantastic people on the road. 25 hours from Leipzig to Palanga. Found unbelieveably generous and happy people, who did not need to travel to find happiness.
