About Me

CURRENT MISSION

spread happiness with my work ;)

ABOUT ME

Im a very warm person, once you get to know me, though I might appear a bit distanced in the beginning. Unfortunately I slightly tend to spread chaos all around me, but my friends usually get accostumed to it soon ^^
Right now I'm studying "Theater und Medien" in beautiful Bayreuth, what means that my primary concern is movie and theatre. I also own a very great sample of dvds.
Furthermore.....I like music, I'm very talky....I love to travle but did not really have the chance so far...Hopefully this is gonna be changed in future.
Looking forward to your response!!!

PHILOSOPHY

live and let live.

I like far countries, especially India (which I never visited so far) and Great Britain (which I visited twice so far.)
I like to read, I love watching movies and I especially enjoy good discussions about both topics.
My subject in university is theatre and media, what also determinates a good deal of my free time.
The rest of my time I spend with friends. We go for a drink or visit the cinema, concerts etc....I also like to cook for a great deal of people.
I try to do sports regulary, like jogging, dancing, Yoga but I also have my fun with martial arts such as Karate.
I'm always keen on meeting new people. Thats one reason to participate here...

Music, Movies, and Books

There are to many movies I like...lately I watched "Pact de loupes" whitch was a great movie, but I also liked "PS: I love you". I trie to watch every Tim Burton movie and love Monty Phyton and Mel Brooks.
Music....I like Irish folk but also other stuff like red hot chily peppers, beatles, queen, nirvana, matt costa, jack johnson....I could go on a very long time^^.
Lately I started to read John Irving's "The Cider House Rules"and like it very much. I just finished 19 minutes by Jodi Picoult, which is a very good novel.
I also liked both books of Kahled Hosseni, but Kite Runner was a little bit better than his second work...

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

When we visited London in my last year in school, it was a very rainy and windy day. After spending a very busy day shopping and visiting a musical two of my best friends and I were completely exhausted and got some rest in a McDonalds, near Big Ben I think, we were quite pissed for it was very cold an we were wet.
But after an hour or two, the rain suddenly stopped and we left the restaurant, following the themse a few metres until we reached a very modern bridge, we started to cross.
On this bridge we stopped for a while, taking pictures and watching the people, when all of a sudden the sky became very clear, we even were able to see some stars.
Turning around the Big Ben rose over a lot of lighted buildings. We could barely hear the street noise, but saw it as a flood of light. Below us the river wasn't as grey and dirty as it appears in daytime, but seemed to collect all colours of the London night, which are in my mind gold, blue and black. The bridge we stand on was illuminated in a quite cool, bright light. Some drunken guys crossed and made some funny comments, but we could successfully hide our German origin, as my friend is American and for the span of a moment it was a very lively immagination to live here and be an accepted part of this city.
Although it was my third time in London I realized that I never had gasped it really and all of a sudden I was s overwhelmed, I totally forgot about the rain and the coolness. We went on, passed London streets in night and reached a place where music was played in a tent. Suddenly, I just was very happy to share these moments with my friends and to be here after all. Shurley it was not the most exciting holiday thinkable, but still it is one of my most favourite memories.
