About Me
All my friends know I'm crazy about Samba!! In Toronto I am always in Samba classes and performing with our own Escola de Samba at events and festivals around the city.
I would call myself an "extroverted introvert". I love to meet new people and go into new environments. I cherish my time with friends and family but need an equal amount of down time to replenish myself with things like quiet time, reading, meditation and just being.
I love music and am always humming a tune, listening to music or dancing around.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I am passionate about Samba and the beautiful brazilian culture that surrounds it; so much that I have left my job to dive into the world of Samba and Carnaval in Brazil! I am here to gain a deeper understanding of the Brazilian culture and Brazilian life. I want to experience living here and see through the eyes of local Brazilians as I travel from city to city. Couchsurfing seems like the perfect fit. I love the idea of being apart of a community of warmth and hospitality with the opportunity to share perspectives and offer hospitality.
