My purpose in this world is to create laughter and play wherever I go.
I am a giggle box. I love to laugh and play and emanate my light, and I am here to help others do the same. I am a flow artist. I spin poi as often as I can and have recently fallen in love with fire dancing. I like to juggle and goof around with any toy I can get my hands on.
I grew up in England where I played a lot of sports and traveled all the time with my family and my sports teams.
I am an outdoor enthusiast and I absolutely love the mountains. I am a colorado girl at heart and those hills are where I belong. There, or in the canyons of the desert...Utah is one of the most beautiful places on this earth. Gaia whispers in those slot canyons.
I study physiology at the University of Colorado at Boulder. I am fascinated by how the body and the mind works. I do yoga almost every day and dance any moment I get the chance. West African Guinean dancing I took at CU is my most recent obsession. My fantasy is to live in a community where fires and drum circles are a nightly norm.
I am a social change worker. I believe in the possibility of a just and sustainable world and I dedicate my life toward that end. I want to spend my life getting people to play so that they can open up to the possibilities of self love and oneness and the world can be healed.
I love to travel, like I'm sure anyone here can relate to. I can't wait to meet awesome people through this site. =)
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I have just become a member of CS. I have had many a traveler stay in my home where I have fed them freegan feasts and wonderful conversations, but not through this site yet. Boulder is a hub for travelers and I am pretty well connected in this town, so I usually end up with a few people staying in my apartment every once in a while. Once I am back in Boulder, I plan to be a place for people to stop by once again through this awesome network.
I have not couch surfed through this site before, but I have done homestays with my sports teams through out high school. It is definitely the way to go. Home staying really lets you know that there are many good and wonderful people in this world!
I am interested in flow arts--poi, staff, juggling, contact juggling...the works. I am a bit fo a newb at it, but play is my form of creative expression and helps balance out my hectic school which is tons of studying and hard science.
I love hiking and camping and anything outside.
I love music...particularly psy-trance and electro swing...but i do love everything. DJing is in my future, but I need a lot of practice.
Dancing, dancing, dancing, I LOVE TO DANCE!
Reading, traveling...the works.
