To get out of the comfort zone and dust off my passport. We have been idle for the past few years!

ABOUT ME

48, chronologically headed towards middle age, but emotionally young at heart. I am the third of four sisters, and we are all travel/adventure oriented. I Love my family, and my work, and I love my time AWAY from work just as much. (OK I love time away from family as well, don't you?)

PHILOSOPHY

"Do something that scares you everyday" - Eleanor Roosevelt, I believe, was the originator of that quote, and the wording is not exact, but I do believe this and try to live this. Well, maybe not everyday, but I like conquering things that were once intimidating. That feels really good to me.

A lot of hosting, which is so much fun, and surfing as well. Hoping to do more and more of both as time marches forward

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Has been extremely positive. We have met so many people of varying ages and nationalities. It's has been both fun and educational. That is tough to best.

Interests

Tennis, running, Skiing, big, long, multi course meals with good friends and lots of wine!

Movies - Most Cohen Bros, Pee Wee's Big Adventure ( YES, I love that movie!) Scary Halloween films, even though they make me afraid of the dark until Winter Solstice.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Seeing my sister bring her newly adopted baby home filled my heart with such joy.
