ABOUT ME

I'm a fairly open minded person, and I like to think that I'm pretty easy going. That isn't to say I'm someone who goes out of her way to slack off though.

I've been drawing for as long as I can remember, and in the past few years I've started working in other mediums. I love to draw, paint, sculpt, design with pyrography, make jewelry, carve things out of wood, and I also work with digital art as well.

I love meeting new people, and I love animals. I'm definitely a nature freak :P I do eat meat, though I'm respectful towards vegetarians (I live with one currently) I also don't drink, or do drugs, it doesn't bother me if other people do though.

Spiritually I consider myself an Animist, and I also meditate on a fairly regular basis. At some point I'd love to learn Tai Chi. I'm self-taught in massage, and some herbal healing.

I also have an interest in prehistory, and archeology. I especially have an interest in ancient Egyptian civilization and beliefs, and I hope to travel to Egypt someday.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Right now I'm participating by telling more people about this awesome project :) I'd never heard of this before. In the future I hope to be able to have a couch, or a spare room, or something for people who need it. While I'm still in Oregon, I'd be more than happy to show people around the area, and meet for coffee or tea somewhere.

I've participated with paleontologists in fossil digs more than once. I've assisted with uncovering mammoths, and dinosaur bones. Several years ago, a fossil tooth I found was on display at Berkley.

I'm not sure what I could share that people would want..um.. I could share lots of information about different topics, and knowledge on holistic healing. I'm also decent at tossing a meal together with just scraps of whatever happens to be around.
