I was born and raised one of the most beautiful, culture rich and wilderness dense places in the world. I am a proud Yukoner, and have no intentions of living my life anywhere else. That being said I have itchy feet, and the need to travel pulls at me every six months or so... with everything that entails.
I try to be as healthy as possible in mind, body and spirit, and I am looking for new learning experiences every day. I love to see, feel, explore and LIVE every moment, being present and aware as much as possible.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

One of the biggest reasons I travel is to meet new people. Travellers are more open minded than the general population, and I found through travelling a community of amazing people seeking similar things; interesting conversation, friendly people of all ages and backgrounds, new experiences, etc.

Interests

Im interested in almost everything... More than anything I dont have enough time to learn all the things I am interested in...
BUT to be concise the major priorities in my life right now are anything exercise, (hiking, biking, running, rock climbing, yoga, insanity, canoeing, etc) traditional art, learning to live sustainably, cooking (not well), and learning Tlingit.
