Born in the north, grew up in Georgia, and have spent the last 10 years or so moving around, expanding my mind and spirit, making friends, and playing music. places I've lived on my journey: Atlanta, Gainesville FL, Huntsville AL, Cherokee NC, Portland OR, Baton Rouge and most recently New Orleans!

enlightening and meditative vibes, chill music if I have an instrument handy, stories from my musical adventures, and intellectually stimulating and dare-I-say challenging and thought-provoking conversation and inspiring and uplifting stories and insights from my own personal "awakening of consciousness" aka "spiritual enlightenment" of the past two years...

I also teach music and meditation techniques and am a student of esoteric, numerology, astrology, and astronomy, and love learning and being humbled by others' knowledge and experiences.
