What can I say!? Another kiwi living in Perth. I'm fun, love to banter and enjoy doing anything cool such as mud runs, music festivals and I especially love to meet new people from all different walks of life.

I am a mom of a 14-year-old girl. Naturally, over the past few years I've acquired cooking, cleaning and other domesticated skills.

I work in Communications and absolutely love working, but love to travel as well.

I am basically here cause last time I visited the states, I must say I didn't meet many people staying in hotel type accommodation. I met some absolutely amazing people and in California so now try soak up as much of my vacations as I can hopefully in the company of interesting people who can teach me a thing about the region and culture.

I'm passionate about my culture and heritage as a New Zealand Maori and am a bit of a creative following in the footsteps of my father who was a legendary Maori artist, graphic artist, author and genealogist.

I can speak Te Reo Maori (the Maori language) proficiently, while not fluent, I can teach you how to say a few useful phrases. I can also teach you a bit about our culture including our Maori myths and legends. Maori art is another passion of mine if you'd like to learn.
