I'm a university student currently on an exchange to France. I'm trying to see as many places as possible before I have to head back across the Atlantic.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I want to really see the places I am going, not just be there. I've been to cities before, and they have been beautiful, but I know it would be so much more if I could really see it through a local's eye and get it know the place more personally (not just what a guidebook can tell you).

Interests

Music, Movies, and Books

I just went to a Ben Howard concert and I think he's pretty incredible! I love classic older literature but am not opposed to any good read. A few of my favourite books would be Pillars of the Earth, The Name of the Wind, Pride and Prejudice, and the whole A Song of Ice and Fire. I'm a big fan of Downton Abbey, Agent Carter, and Outlander at the moment, though I have plenty of favourites that are no longer around!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Well, I'm not really sure what constitutes as amazing, but something I'm proud of is the work I've put into my horse and the learning experience and outcome that I have received from him. He's not perfect by any stretch, or the best, but I'm happy with him and that's what matters to me.
