About Me
ABOUT ME
I'm up for anything. Honestly, I just really want to experience life, whatever that means, whatever form or shape that takes. I want love to be the dominant force in my life and obviously have a ways to go but it's a nice goal.
PHILOSOPHY
I find meaning in my life by being present with others in theirs. I believe we're all connected and I want to see everything I can and meet as many other people as I can just to begin to understand this. If I meet you, then I'm meeting me. I'm newly devoting myself to being committed to my work (counseling mainly with the homeless) but also living life without fear of societal norms or expectations.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
New to CS. Visiting some islands in the Bahamas soon and looking to meet new folks through this. In the future I'd like to offer up my couch.
Interests
Kayaking, traveling, personal oddities and quirks, art, paintings, installations, sculpture, but lately have been way too sedentary aside from my new found habit of working out everyday, it's dreadful and wonderful at the same time.

Music, Movies, and Books
I have pretty eclectic taste in music but find myself listening to mainly singer song writer folksy sounds but also get a lot out of the feel of international bands...Sigur Ros, Mumford and Sons, Indigo Girls, Shawn Mullins, etc.
I'm a Dean Koontz fanatic, well until half a dozen years ago when dogs started being the focal points of his books. Ivevttied to keep reading his stuff but it's pretty disappointing. Otherwise the last book I read was Franny and Zooey and I'm currently reading Moby Dick, an autobiography of Carl Jung, and Unbroken.
Movies: the fun part. I grew up with a father who made films so they've played a central role in my development. Most important moments in my life are typically followed by some obscure movie quote.
