This is Kerry from flowwa.org! Some of you may know me from Flowwa Japanese flower arranging class.

My nonprofit organisation, Flowwa.org, with sponsorship from the State of Victoria is hosting a festival called 'all-you-can-experience' Multicultural Wellness Buffet, where anyone can sample a wide range of cultural wellness activities in a style similar to all-you-can-eat buffet.

This event is for everyone.
Enjoyable for both vegan and non-vegan.
A wide range of diverse demography will gather here -humans of all generations, genders, beliefs and practices, just being curious about what we have in common!

The concept of wellness and well-being is deeply contextual in each culture. At this festival, we wanted to introduce to you many different approaches to achieving or restoring wellness. Given the variety options, in our diverse city of Melbourne, we are reminded that it's in our hands to nurture our inner-strengths, kindness for others and connection to community and the environment.
We also invite you to see and experience commonalities among different cultures - especially around the way we all connect with nature.
We hope that this cross-cultural connection will spark new perspective, viewpoints, wisdom for you and empower you to take part in nurturing wellness for self and others and the Earth that we all share.
