ABOUT ME

I was born in Alaska and have moved and traveled quite a bit around the United States. I'm a bit shy, but love to talk and meet new people. I guess that's sort of contrary, but then again, so is life. I swam in high school. Also, I really like jellyfish.

PHILOSOPHY

I really like taking pictures of flowers, so enjoy the little things in life. Also, I have a bookmark that says "it's never too late to be what you might have been."

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I'd love to host someone once I have a place of my own. For the time being, I'm sort of floating around France and the rest of Europe hoping to meet people.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Driving around the Mediterranean coast and nearly getting blown away by violent wind.

Interests

I love learning new languages and meeting new people. Strangers are only friends you haven't met yet. Talking to people is great, whether the conversation is serious or stupid. I love most types of music, good food, the great outdoors, and sleep. And a raging party :)

Music: Almost everything but Country and Heavy Metal/Screamo. When I'm alone, I'm almost always singing something. Also, when I'm biking through town.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Northern lights at home in Alaska. Getting a toxic spider bite in Colombia...the scars are cool. Hang gliding in Rio de Janeiro. Being snowed into my friend's house and having to dig our way to freedom (true story).
