I'm a recent University of Florida graduate with a Bachelors in Advertising.
I recently quit my full-time marketing job, as I plan to move to Vietnam soon to work with family and freelance remotely, traveling around South East Asia as I do so. However, before that, I wanted to visit as many places in the United States as possible!

I'm a very easy-going type of guy who would rather spontaneously explore a city than to plan it out ahead of time. I always try to be polite and I'm a firm believer in paying it forward (let me pay for some meals, do the dishes, whatever is fair!) I'm a very simple person and I pack super light so I won't take up much room.

Music is my biggest passion. I'm either making or listening to it.
Some other hobbies are photography, skateboarding, tennis, movies and video games, but I'm always open to learning and trying new things! I love the outdoors, so I'm hoping to explore more places by hiking or just walking around.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Before my big move to Vietnam, I wanted to see more of the United States. There's so much more left to do! I love meeting people and talking about anything for the most part, especially with those who can teach me about the local sights and history. In the future, I plan on hosting people as well (although I can't do so currently since I'm just subleasing a place). I've done so many times in the past before I even knew couchsurfing.com was a thing and it has always been a good experience!

Music, Movies, and Books

I can talk about music for hours!
I enjoy most genre of music and love making a variety of music as well.

Currently, I've been listening to a lot of Foxing, Bright Eyes, Drake, Death Cab For Cutie, Two Knights, and Young the Giant.

I'm less knowledgeable with movies, but I can talk about some of my favorites for sure. I typically enjoy newer films, but I'm a fan of older French New Wave and Film Noir as well.

Current favorites include Nightcrawler, Whiplash, Django Unchained, 500 Days of Summer, Up, Breathless, and Ex Machina.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can offer conversations, some help around the house, and possibly take a few photos for you if need be!
I'll gladly buy us some drinks or go get some local grub with you as well!
