ABOUT ME

I'm an artist based out of Northern California although I'm taking a slight hiatus from painting at the moment. I have been filling the empty creative space with photography though. I like to explore and see new cities and places by walking around and sketching or bike riding. Im pretty quiet and prefer chill evenings. Spending time in nature is a necessity for my sanity.

PHILOSOPHY

I don't have one yet. Basically I just try to be honest with who I am and let the universe guide me through life. I suppose, leaving every place better than before it was when i arrived is a good motto. "TV is annoying" could ge another motto as well, but mottos are suppod to be a positive statement, so i guess id just say "i try to spend my time in useful endeavours and i try to create to counter act the BS of the world."

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I'd like to meet interesting people on my travels. once I finally commit to deciding on where I want to live, I'm going to build my house and offer others a place to stay too. It might be a tiny home or something similar.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've slept on many couches but I've never done it in an official capacity using this site. From short weekend stays to months at a time, ive had manh different experiences. The best thing I've learned from all those times is how to be a good considerate guest. How to have a small footprint and how to be nice and out of the way when need be.

Interests

art, creating, painting, drawing, learning, exploring, photography, hiking, walking, nature, sitting by rivers, painting the weather, painting water, cooking, reading, yoga, meditation, art museums, physics, astronomy, history, sculpting, ceramics, animation, pretty much any art form.. I just like using my creativity to pass the time. And if you have a new way for me to express things, i want to know it.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I lived in Yosemite National Park for about ten summers. Specifically, i was in Tuolumne Meadows just working a bit and painting a lot.

Teach, Learn, Share

I'd be happy to help teach anyone how to paint or draw. Hanging out and making something sounds great. I can also teach people how to use photoshop.. I can paint portraits or teach you to do the same. Im always up for some indian food.
