ABOUT ME

I never had the opportunity when I was younger to travel very much, so now that I'm older and have some time off, I'm being very liberal with my vacations, trying to see as much of the world as I can.

Whenever I can, I try to visit a city and live like a local. I love Airbnb and Couchsurfing because they give you the opportunity to really live there instead of be on vacation. Despite this, I am guilty of being a tourist quite a bit as well ;)

I got my first job in Sweden due to my travels and friends I made, which has made me realize what an asset travel can be to your life. I hope I never have to stop!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Had the opportunity to spend 5 weeks in Southeast Asia, which gave me an entirely new perspective on cultures and landscapes I had only seen in movies.

Not only did it make me feel like a modern-day Indiana Jones at times, it really humbled my western perspective on the world. An experience I won't forget.
