ABOUT ME

Wow. What to write!? I'm a good guy. Very considerate and compassionate toward others I think :) I've been living in Philadelphia since 95. I've only recently switched from studio work to teaching graphic design and now I have more time to travel. I think this is a very exciting opportunity. I love to exercise and I love to try new kinds of food. My partner and I are looking forward to six weeks of travel in Europe. We have friends and friends of friends we are staying with in several places and look forward to their advice (and our shoestring guidebook, lol) on what to see and do!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have a guest room at my home in South Philadelphia and look forward to hosting someday when I'm in town. Right now I'm traveling a lot to see family and friends I don't typically get to visit. But I look forward to sharing my experiences with others from abroad, either here or there!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

This is the first time I've couchsurf'd. Really had my first big travel experience in San Francisco and up through Vancouver last year. So, now I have a taste for travel, I'm excited to go a lot further from home and see more of the world!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

We were chased by Marmots in British Columbia last year! Out of a couple weeks of travel, it was one day in these amazing & unforgettable mountains that we had to make a break for it when these little mammals decided we "had to go!"

I'm a good conversationalist and I connect well with others. So does my partner Jeff. I'm an excellent graphic designer, too, if that helps, lol!
