I have been fortunate enough to have traveled a lot in my lifetime, mostly with my family. As I have transitioned into adulthood, I have kept the passion for travel close to my heart as I continue my ventures abroad, this time on my own.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I plan to backpack through South America this summer, from May 29th until July 25th. I will venture through Peru, Bolivia, Chile, and Argentina. I want to save as much money as I can while I travel, so I figured Couchsurfing was a good alternative to staying in hostels every night.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

One thing that I've done that I will forever deeply appreciate is the time that I volunteered abroad teaching basic English to kids between the ages of 5-12 in the favela slums of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.

I will forever inexplicably cherish that experience.
