Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I had an old roommate from Germany that told me about couch surfing, so I am trying it out.

I love the outdoors (mountain/road biking, sking, running, and backpacking!) I enjoy a good tennis match, playing with my dog, fixing up my house and meeting good peeps.

Music, Movies, and Books

I don't read as much as I would like, but the books I have read, I have enjoyed, so I know I should read more often. I am open to most music, and seldom go to the movies, as I feel most of the hollywood stories are overdone.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

My favorite place is the alberta falls? (near bear lake) in Estes park Colorado. I went there for the first time from Missouri and just sat there inpired by the beautiful rainbow coming off the falls from the mist, and the baby blue sky and green beautiful trees and the circle of life occuring under me with a dead tree circling in the current at the base of the falls. The sound of the falls blocking out all other sounds.
The grand canyon is a place that cannot be described by words. At the least, it should be called the vast canyon. It is absolutely incredible to think that a little stream/river dug out all of that canyon to such depths.
