ABOUT ME

My name is Kim and I recently got back from traveling/living in South America. At the moment I have a couch and spare room available for surfers. I am back in University and living the life of a student so I'm around the apartment a lot. :)

PHILOSOPHY

I like living my life day to day.. and I change my mind often. I am a very upbeat person and definitely have a positive outlook on life :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I was traveling in South America and was able to take advantage of couchsurfing. It really helped me out a lot when I was down there so I would love to return the favor.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

When I was in Ecuador I used couchsurfing a couple of times. My friend and I were traveling together in South America and we decided to try couch surfing on the Galapagos! We found an amazing host and he helped us find our way around the island and was so nice. We also needed somewhere to stay in Guayaquil on our way back from Galapagos. We had an amazing host who showed us around and was extremely helpful !

Interests

I am very interested in music and camping. When I am in Canada I love to go to the mountains for hiking and snowboarding. I love to meet new people and learning new cultures.

Music, Movies, and Books

I am very into country music and I definitely enjoy my chick flicks. I have also recently discovered salsa dancing and I love it!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Right now I would say my trip to South America. I traveled a lot with my family when I was growing up so I have been very lucky. I have had a lot of wonderful opportunities to see some amazing places and meet some pretty unique people.

I love meeting everyone. At the moment I am working in customer service so I really enjoy meeting people from all walks of life.
