I'm Kira, I am 20 years old and study at Siegen University to become a teacher. I am an openminded person who loves to meet new people, talk and laugh a lot. I think meeting new people is also a chance to explore the world and even yourself as a pesonality.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

At that moment I have no experience with couchsurfing, but I would love to travel more and everywhere I can dream of and meet new interessting people from all over the world to make and share new experience get new insights in different cultures and way of livings.

Interests

In my free time I like to go inline skating, meeting friends, try new locations or just hang around in the nature....just when the weather allows it of course :D
When I have enough money and time I love to travel and explore the world, I prefer "colder" countries because too hot weather is not really my thing :D

Music, Movies, and Books

I love listening to music, I can't imagine a world without it. Most of the time I listen to the radio, I like Indie, Rock, Reggeaton, and singer songwriter stuff.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I went to the Jamboree in sweden 2011. It is a world camp of scouts all over the world. I've met a lot of interessting people which became true friends during just two weeks.

Rock am Ring, a german Rockfestival with over 100 000 people at one place. I fell in love with this atmosphere and got addictet to it.

Au Pair in Ireland, even just for 2 weeks because I got a place at University but I met so many lovely people.

What would I do, If i didn't try? I will never know what the world prepared for me...

Teach, Learn, Share

For 10 years I was teached to be a scout. I discovered new territories, meet people from all over the world, know how to make strong knots and how to survive in the nature. Don't now if it's alsways usefull to know all that scouting stuff but it definetly gave me more selfconfidence in beeing confronted with new and unexpectet events.
