ABOUT ME
IMPORTANT UPDATE : I'm currently working in Milan (Italy) and so won't be able to meet people in Paris for the next months but I definitely want to meet people in Milan!
For living, I work as a project engineer in the Oil & Gas field (sounds boring already, doesnâ
PHILOSOPHY
In life you can fail, fall, feel bad but this only means you are alive so, GET UP, dry you tears, learn and LIVE!
I’m a curious but yet tend to get "cold feet" sometimes.
Now that I’ve turned 30, I’ve decided to stop thinking too much and act. You only live once so, just try to make the best of it!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I'm new there so I must say good for the moment.
I wish to meet people and share experiences.
Interests
Taking pictures more particularly urban landscapes, urban art, architecture.
I definitely love taking my camera and walking errand across the streets of Paris to discover a scene worth being captured.
I like going to museums, reading a good book, listening to some music, walking, walking, walking...
2 years ago, I started to run seriously, since then I've partcipated in about 10 races, and still try to do some as often as possible.
I aim to run a marathon within the next 2 years.

Music, Movies, and Books
Music:
I couldn’t imagine a world without music. I’m the kind of person who can cry just by listening to a simple chord just because at that exact time it sounds perfect.
I like music in general but I must say I’m a big fan of pop-rock-folk music, more particularly from the 90s and early 00s. Basically, what I listened to when I was a teenager : Radiohead, REM, Oasis, Travis, … and more recent ones like The Shins, the Arcade Fire…
I also like good oldies such as the Beatles, the Byrds, the Kinks (love ‘em), Simon & Garfunkel, Leonard Cohen… and so many others!
One funny thing : I tend to listen to disco music to do the housekeeping which makes me do weird/funny moves (you can’t call it dance though…)… Abba is definitely a must!
Movies:
The monthy python movies
Stanley Kubrick’s movies. I consider Barry Lyndon as the most beautiful movie ever made.
The darjeeling limited, Amadeus, Into the Wild, Babel, Eternal sunshine of the spotless mind, and so many others.
I'd be happy to share your opinion on movies.
Books:
I’m a good reader and I must confess I always have a book in my purse (makes it quite heavy sometimes!).
Some books that made a big impression on me : L’insoutenable légèreté de l’être (Milan Kundera), Belle du Seigneur (Albert Cohen), The Shock Doctrine : The Rise of Disaster Capitalism (Naomi Klein), The catcher in the rye (Salinger) , Brett Easton Ellis books… and many others… and all the ones still to come! If you have any suggestions...
