About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To live the life I have always dreamed! Meet new & exciting people, explore the world and have FUN!

ABOUT ME

I am 23y/o lady from Perth, WA. I am outgoing, happy, fun and caring.
I am honest, I work hard but play harder!! I will try pretty much anything once! I love people and making and keeping friends!
I want to make a difference in the world, I just haven't figured out what that difference will be! I do love helping out others!
I love different cultures and exploring everything!!!
I will miss the lovely Perth beaches (2min from my house) while I am away so hope to find some more lovely ones overseas!!
I have worked in accounting and finance (in disability services industry) for the last few years whilst and after finishing my degree in Commerce (majors: Financial Accounting, Management Accounting, Corporate Finance and Business Law Minor) plus have started my CPA (completed one unit). I have a great life and job in Perth but have decided to put it all on hold and set off for an amazing journey to who know's where!! Starting in Europe for 10 weeks with a friend and then I'm on my own to decide where to next! Will probably end up in London after continuing my travels alone for some time!

PHILOSOPHY

I live MY life the way I want/need!! I have always wanted to run away and travel but didn't because I didn't want to upset anyone....then I realised that you only live once and that life IS really SHORT! So I am going to make the most of it!!
I want to help people and make some kind of a difference!
I want to have great relationships! Because I have really come to realise having 'things' is nowhere near as important as having true friends, family and experiences!!
I also live my life with a lot of positive thinking! I read two pages of 'The Secret' and realised I have already been doing this my whole life! It truly does work!! Never underestimate the power of your mind and positive thoughts!!

Music, Movies, and Books

I love some good crime fiction! To kill a mockingbird is my favourite book (obvious choice I know!) I have a massive pile of books to read that I have put off because of my studies: Mao's last dancer, Shantaram, The girl with the dragon tattoo series etc so I will be reading these while travelling 9on my kindle I hope!)
Music: Indie pop/rock, Dubstep, Chill, DnB, Techno, Trance, Old School, Rock, alternative, hip-hop, electronic. So I really like a lot!! JJJ is my radio station of choice and I enjoy everything they play-not really into hard rock and scremo music though! Really am loving Dubstep at the moment!!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

River cruise through France. Saw some amazing country side and it was amazing starting in Nice and coming up towards Paris. We met amazing locals and saw how France works in the smaller cities. Driving in to Paris after all that time was amazing!!
