Hi, I'm Kisa (she/they) I'm on sabbatical from teaching high school, and am travelling on a trip around the world to see some sights and some friends and play frisbee. :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love to get a local flavour when I travel, and how better than staying with a local? I'm brand new to couchsurfing, so that's why you'll see very little in my history. When I was in my 20's, I was a lot more anxious about safety, but now I'm feeling more confident to explore and meet new people. Looking forward to hopefully making a connection with you in the future! :)

Interests

Obviously love to travel. My favourite kind of fiction is sci-fi (books, movies, TV shows). I love to play D&D (don't knock it til you try it!!), and my sport of choice is ultimate frisbee (which is not the one with the metal baskets).

Music, Movies, and Books

I love jazz, but happy to listen to any sort of quality music. Trying to get back into reading with mixed results. Recently have been watching lots of Cate Blanchett films.
