I love all waterbased activities, im a big adrenaline sports enthusiast but can find just as much much pleasure out of a good book an interesting conversation or sitting amoungst and absorbing our natural environment. I am very focused on health and fitness. I loved cooking and try and try everyday to learn something that is going to benefit my own life or those around me.
