CURRENT MISSION

I have my own company producing theather and festivals. I'm now studying to be able to work towards companies, politicians, schools etc. with socialresponsibility and childrens rights. As well I have promised myself to see 365 new movies this year.

ABOUT ME

I'm a social person who moved from the countryside to Stockholm to study theater and has stayed since. Got a job at a Cinema which made my intrest in film grew.

Right now I'm living with a friend in a big apartment just outside the city center. I like when it is close to nature and water.

Sometimes it's really nice to sit up all night discusing things until the suns starts coming up. Especially in the summernights. Being a person who thing respect and justice and fairness is important, it could be about gendertrouble, ethnic tensions or just the small things in life. As I collect on both liqour and tea it's either of those holding us company.

Otherwise meeting people, friends, family and new acquaintance is very important for me.

PHILOSOPHY

"Live your life like a salmon, against the current" is for me, living your life as you want do without having to fit in for the sake of others. As well as being friendly and not just thinking of your self is as much important to me.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I was telling some people about "The six degrees of separation" where you in just six steps should be able to find a friends friend on other places on the earth.
Getting to now other cultures is a way of making the world more tolerant. And if you use Couchsurfing instead of staying at a hotel, the chain might become just five steps in average, which will provide to the respect amongst others in the world.
A bit corny yes, but at the same time, Couchsurfing on the small level is a great way of meeting new people in your life.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have hosted one person, and met a few surfers through friends of mine. I like when meeting new people even if I often is occupied.

Interests

Theatre - Acting and watching. Both the big theaters and the small private ones.
Film - "El laberinto del fauno", "Auf der andren Seite", "Le premiere jour du reste de ta vie", "I'm a cyborg but that's ok", "Brisby and the secret of Nihm". And so on...
Childrens rights - I have worked for a aid organization since being 13 years old. And now studying and working with it in my own company. I really belive it is important to respect the ones who's voice isn't often heard.
Friends - Meeting people is the thing that makes the life worth living. But sometimes it's nice to be all alone aswell.

Music, Movies, and Books

Books: "Harry Potter" as being the generation who grew up with the books.

Films: I like Asian, European, African, South American and Independent North American films. But I can also enyo a blockbuster once in a while. My favorite directors is amongst others Don Bluth, Faith Akin and Alejandro González Iñárritu.

Music: A lot. I like singers with a bit special voices. I really like Regina Spektor, and styles like jazz, pop and soul. Since I like to sing, the most "horrid love ballads" work as well.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Again the most amazing thing I've done is to be a Youth Facilitator in the United Nations, helping over 60 children from all over the world to make their voice heard to the Childrens Rights Committee.
I am also proud of my self performing 10 and 12 years old with own-written songs in a talent show (as well as singing on my grandfathers funeral.)

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach about childrens rights. I am happy to share my interest in film, giving good tips. I could cook with you, to try specialities from our countries. I would like to learn more about you cultur, and your way of thinking and seeing the world.
