About Me

Research to complete a screenplay

Well, you can see a little about professionally here ( and here (

I stay busy and survive by my God given talents. I'm creative and am pretty good at connecting the dots to help people find solutions when they get stuck in life and business.

In my spare time I tend to be quiet and reflective. Some people understand, some take it as being anti-social, which I'm definitely not. I simply tend to observe and reflect. I participate when I sense there is something of value I can bring to the situation, even if it's just carrying out the garbage or bringing in the groceries.

Life is a journey and when it's over that's just the beginning. I'm here now to learn, know, help and explore. Many people pray for divine intervention. I believe God gave us each other to answer our prayers in most cases. The hardest part for us is simply saying 'I need help.'

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Starting out at this, I'm pretty open about how to participate. I can bring knowledge, insight, or simply a kind ear and word.

No experience through this site, but through a network of friends. We generally host for a day or three whenever the other is in town, but my 'crew' isn't as geographically diverse as my current needs require.

More than I should be and not enough to satisfy my curiosity.

Music, Movies, and Books

Movies I enjoy generally are action, adventure, science fiction, horror. As far as reading for pleasure I enjoy Anne MacCaffrey and Michael Moorcock most, followed by Clive Cussler and similar genres. I'm not a huge music fan, but follow some musicians I've met. Many are obscure, a couple are not.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Amazing is relative. I've made a million, lost some of it and gave the rest away. Been in a long-term marriage, watched it fall apart. I've done things I can't discuss for 30+ more years. I've changed peoples lives for the better. I've been to Antarctica. I was there for my mom when she passed away: She was born in a crappy house and I made sure she died in a mansion. I've reminded a man worth over 100 million dollars he can't take it with him. What else do you want to know?
