ABOUT ME

I am a fifty year old happily married grandmother, who for the past 5 years has been traveling the world. I enjoy hoisting my backpack whether carrying it through an airport or trekking in the Himalaya. I love life, a good laugh and good vegetarian/vegan food.

I rise before sunrise because I enjoy watching the morning arrive.

Foreign cultures, pilgrimages to scared places, learning about spiritual paths and their cultural and historical roots. Nutrition and preparing and eating healthy vegetarian/vegan food. Cultivating ornamental and edible plants. Just sitting and listening

Teach, Learn, Share

Teach/Share: I am a certified yoga teacher and yoga therapist Pranic healer and Reiki practitioner. Would enjoying sharing these practices. Vegetarian for 30 years. I can share my knowledge of how to cook healthy, tasty vegetarian/vegan food. Would enjoy sharing any helpful, useful information about my travel experiences.
I want to continue life long learning about people, their cultures and ways the experience life.
