About Me

When I was a child I was curious and enjoyed every moment. I loved playing in nature, swimming in a river for example. As a 7-year-old kid, I started playing football in the small town in Kumamoto Prefecture where I grew up. I enjoyed a lot, but it didn't last much. I was only 8 when I got an injury on my tail bone. My body felt out of balance, and I was running slower than before. Although I was training hard, I was never a core member of the team. I started to feel that my mates degraded me, I thought I had no value, and a belief grew stronger and stronger inside of me: I had to become better than others to feel good enough and happy. I didn't enjoy the moment anymore.

I started studying plant genetic engineering because I believed technology could help solve worldwide issues about food and natural environment. However, the older I got, the more I wanted to be better than other people. I needed others' approval to feel worthy. No matter where I went or what I did, this feeling was always leading my life. It didn't matter if I was a student in Japan, or if I was conducting research on transgenic plants at universities in Korea and the US.

One day I suddenly told myself I was not happy. I could not keep living like that. I quit my career and came back to Japan. It was 2005, I was 28 years old and I had no idea what kind of future I wanted to live. I focused on learning things that made me feel joy, such as natural farming or therapy techniques. It was hard. I felt confused and scared: how could I know if the path I was choosing was correct? Everything seemed out of place, and I also felt I would never find a partner with whom I could share my life. I feared that my love would always be rejected. I didn't know how to change myself. I wanted to overcome my fears, but how?

After learning some therapy techniques, I felt really excited: I wanted to apply them on everyone everywhere! As in my past profession, I loved to study the results to find ways to improve the technique I was working with. One night in April 2007, the original idea of IAM therapy, which can clear physical tension and pain in a shorter time than the techniques I was using before, came to my mind. After a short while, I strongly felt I wanted to go to Europe. I didn't know why. I couldn't stop myself. I just jumped on a plane and headed to Spain, even if I had no contacts there at all.

I worked with my technique. I met people from different countries. I learned that the physical reality I am experiencing now is the result of what I believe the most, and therefore, I realized that we can shift to a reality in which we feel joy every single moment. So I improved IAM therapy to make it the optimal tool to accelerate the shift. I also became 95% vegetarian, as I noticed how food affects our body and mind. Everywhere I go, I see people lacking proper nutrition, that's why I became very interested in finding a complete plant-based nutritional source.

After spending 4 years in Europe, I came back to Japan in 2011. During the 4 years I stayed there, I focused on developing IAM therapy as a self-therapy technique. I also found the nutritional source I had been dreaming about for 8 years: Zija's Moringa oleifera.

In 2015, my no-reason feeling brought me to Taiwan, and now I feel Taiwan my home. So many good things happened. I found a beautiful home and friends in the middle of nature. And I met a beautiful partner. I learned about love and joyful life. I'm so excited about sharing my method in Taiwan! If you want to know more about my method and services, you can check them out here. Or just call me to have a chat, I'm always happy to share. :)
