About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To experience as much of life as possible, to leave the world better than I found it.

ABOUT ME

I try and live a life of passion, curiosity and action. I'm a three time failed entrepreneur, art business, mma gym and a network marketing business. Since then I've recollected myself and turned my focus to my writing and am now working on completing my first book "A journal into poverty" which I have spent the last 7 months living in shelters within Illinois and Indiana writing of the experience, facts, statistics and other peoples stories. (You can check out the page on facebook, A journal into Poverty.) Most of my success has come from personal development and unconventional training and schooling but now that I ha€™ve tried to make it on my own and failed, I ha€™ve gotten a job working full time on the weekends as an EMT in a independent living facility and will start back in school in the fall, majoring in psychology and minoring in entrepreneurship. These both are areas of interest in and of themselves but also interconnect very closely with several other areas of passionate interests. My goal is to get a Phd and use my degree to write, consult and speak on various issues and also to start businesses with a focus on community improvement. I'€™m a humanist, which is basically a non-religious activist who focuses on making the world a better place in all areas. I love to travel, go on adventures and camp and am looking to do some serious world traveling/backpacking in the future. I love meeting interesting cool people and look forward to many cool adventures and people.

PHILOSOPHY

This is my simple religion. There is no need for temples; no need for complicated philosophy. Our own brain, our own heart is our temple; the philosophy is kindness. Dali Lama

Music, Movies, and Books

I could talk, movies, music and especially books for minute. My rule with movies and music is it just has to be good. I don't care what genre, as long as it's good. Now with books I read 95% non-fiction. Something I can learn from. But here lately I've been reading more fiction.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Started three businesses, was a "cage fighter", Wrote a book on poverty, while living in shelters for seven months. Turn my life around from going down the wrong path when I was 19.

Teach, Learn, Share

I am pretty knowledgeable in areas of personal development, psychology, social and relationship dynamics, meditation, mixed martial arts and fun,ha.
