I am a 28yr old Aussie/Kiwi who works as an outdoor indoor instructor. I sea kayak guide in the New Zealand summer and instruct rock/horse riding in the Candian summer.

Right now i'm a-travelling...when i get back to NZ i'm gonna be a-hosting...expect to be shown the beautiful parts of the South Island and come ready to paddle the Abel Tasman!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

My family was a couchsurfing host family for years in Australia and we got to meet amazing people from all over the world. Had a blast!

Interests

Everything outdoors! Horse riding, paddling, climbing...let me at it!
I like music and have just started learning the guitar. I like to think i can sing and one day have ambitions to do an open mic night...just have to find my courage where i last left it...

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Cook Strait Crossing 2012 - paddled the cook strait in a sea kayak (the stretch of water between the North and South island of New Zealand). Took 8 1/2 hours and was 40km. It was epic, i have amazing pictures and we had a magic dolphin encounter!

Alaska 2012 - Paddled 400km's in Alaska from Petersberg to Juneau. It rained most of the time, was freezing but incredible.
