I'm a 49-year-old translator who has seen very little of the world. Dependable, trustworthy, open-minded, but as I offer my house as a single person with a child, I will not stand for any nonsense.

I think you should treat people the way you want to be treated in life.
I abide by Carl Rogers' person-centered theory: treat people with unconditional positive regard, empathy and authenticity.

I'm afraid I'm only looking to host Canadians at the moment, as it is my dream to travel to Canada next summer. Preferably West Coast as I have friends/family I can visit on the East Coast.
