ABOUT ME

I wanted to be a concert pianist when I grew up. Then I studied agronomy (farm science). And now I'm a cancer research by day and food blogger by night. Somewhat of a polymath, my interests are eclectic and include cooking, music, photography and gardening. I live with my partner and our pet Chihuahua just outside NYC (Jersey City, NJ). Spicy food is my religion.

PHILOSOPHY

I have a Buddhist outlook on life; do no harm. Equality is a fundamental human right. There is more that brings people together than sets us apart.

Music, Movies, and Books

Classically trained harpsichord player. Also love classical Hindustani (e.g., sitar) music and have an eclectic taste in jazz and rock.
