I'm currently traveling around the United States West. I'm trying to experience new lands and cultures on my way to San Diego

I believe myself to be a very friendly and adventurous young man. I love to travel and enjoy the great outdoors, as well as, meeting new cool people and experiencing new cultures. Here's a list of some of my other loves: FAMILY & FRIENDS, live music, good food, hiking, cycling, camping, athletics, good movies, sustainability, renewable energy, homesteading and survivalism and spreading positivity.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I'm currently traveling and thus do not have the capabilities of hosting, so at this point I'm participating solely as a surfer. Once I'm settled I would like to begin hosting.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I'm quite a newb to couchsurfing. I have only ever met folks who have participated, but I myself have not done any hosting or surfing yet.

I'm willing to give almost any song, artist, or genre of music a chance, but up to this point in time I'v found country and especially death metal a bit difficult to enjoy. I like way too many movies to even begin to construct a list. I'm a bit embarrassed to admit I have not read many books...

I'v been lucky enough to travel to London, England in junior college. I have also seen and experienced so much on my current road trip from Upstate NY to San Diego, CA. I'v climbed a few mountains and met folks from all over the world.

I could teach anyone a thing or two about the sport of lacrosse. I have played most of my life and thoroughly enjoy the sport. I love to share stories (most of mine are of times spent in Upstate NY). Here's a list of some of the stuff I love to learn about: self reliance, what makes me truly happy, giving back, general construction skills, automobiles, hiking, backpacking, history, astrology, the natural environment, sustainability, entrepreneurship, technology and mental, physical and spiritual well-being.
