Hello! I'm 31 and a native Oregonian. I grew up on the central Oregon coast in a little town called Newport. I went to college in Eugene where I majored in theater arts. I worked as a professional actor until the economy tanked in 2008. My most recent job was as a park ranger for the federal government on the wild and scenic Rogue River in southern Oregon. I absolutely love being in nature, animals and experiencing the natural beauty of our world.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm couchsurfing because as a park ranger, our appointments are 6 month temp appointments. Mine has just ended, today actually! I will be road tripping around to some federal parks and seeing some parts of the country that I havent seen, before my next park ranger job starts early next month.

I'm on my way to Salt Lake City to help support the Bernie Sanders campaign.
