Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I have done many road trips (the main being a month long one from Denver to Los Angeles to Seattle and back) and have usually slept in my van in walmart parking lots (because I couldn't find camping), campgrounds, or in over-priced hotels. I feel like this is a better way to sleep, meet new people around the country, experience the locals recreation spots, and still allow me to afford to go on awesome adventures! On a more serious note, I will also be going to nursing school next year and I'll need people around Colorado to crash with when I have to travel around the state for clinicals at different hospitals.

Interests

Skiing (big mountain, expert), Snowboarding (advanced, not great), Mountain biking (not that good but love doing it!), hiking, kayaking (class 3, want to try class 4), basically anything in the mountains! exploring, traveling and trying new things!
