Overview
About Me
After completing my MBA and escaping corporate America I moved across the world to Thailand in 2017 to teach English. I fell in love with the nomadic lifestyle and have been living and teaching English all over the world ever since. I've lived extended periods of time in:
Khon Kaen (Issan) and Bangkok, Thailand
Taipei, Taiwan
Goa, India,
Mexico City, Mexico
And now Madrid, Spain!
Some words to describe me include: active, easy-going, considerate, positive, enthusiastic, intuitive, cheeky, among others.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
To meet fellow travelers, hear their tales, and to be part of this incredible network. I would love to meet international travelers and learn about their countries, cities, and lifestyles. It's great to know people in places.
Unfortunately I'm unable to host at the moment since I'm between accommodations.
Interests
I'm a former college swimmer, and life-long fitness enthusiast. I love being in nature, swimming in random places, exploring new cities by bike or foot, smiling, enjoying beers at local bars, and of course meeting quality people. In my time in Asia I've done pretty well exploring some places off the beaten-paths of most tourists.

Music, Movies, and Books
I like a wide variety of music. Some artists I'm currently feeling include: Edward Sharpe and the Magnetic Zeros, The Bleechers, Fleetwood Mac, Florence the Machine, Nina Simone and others.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Got to help mold the minds 70 Thai children in the classroom.
Teach, Learn, Share
I believe a genuine smile can be the best way to bridge cultural barriers. Slowing down, and opening your eyes and ears to learn about other people. Living abroad has opened up my world to new cultures, perspectives, and ways of life. Meeting the locals is the truest way to understand a new place and culture.
I'm a huge proponent of continuous improvement and lifelong learning. Whether that be, physical, emotional, mental, spiritual, or otherwise.
