About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To find beauty in every moment.

ABOUT ME

I am currently on a gap year working as an organic sprout and micro-greens farmer while I practice and apply for graduate school for clarinet performance in the fall!

I love making music, learning, traveling and experiencing. I love meeting new people from all walks of life. I enjoy a good Bikram yoga class, a long bike ride and a well groomed ski trail. I love cheese cake! My favorite color is green and I also love to cook!

PHILOSOPHY

Q. What is your personal philosophy?
A. Live and let live.

Q. Why do you live your life?
A. Because the alternative is far less appealing.

Q. Feelings?
A. Yes.

Q. Thoughts?
A. Most of the time.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I host and surf but I would like to participate more! I love the global community Couchsurfing creates. I think the exchange of cultures is an amazing learning opportunity to gain an insight on humanity!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I had two intriguing vagabonds surf my dorm room floor, hosted traveling WWOOFer's, and surfed a couch of some amazing people who taught me how to contradance and shared a meter of beer with a host in Montreal! I am just beginning to experience the world of couch surfing. I can't wait to meet new people!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Besides what can be experienced through music... I've seen the beaches at Normandy, took in the vistas of Salzburg, went to Japan and saw the Japanese cherry blossoms in full bloom, listened to the sea crash against the Cliffs of Moore, kissed the Blarney Stone, ate haggis, drank a meter of beer, experienced the Sequoia, hiked in the Alps and contra danced!

Teach, Learn, Share

I haven't lived long but I am willing to share the things I have learned and experienced through studying music-- Different cultures, ideas, beliefs, history, emotions, sounds, discipline, creativity, and reed making!

What I Can Share with Hosts

Share my entire music library, teach you some music theory or how to grow your own sprouts!
