Halllo! I am a ceramics teacher in Berkeley who loves making giant sculptures and going on bike tours! The studio that I work in does hand building/wheel throwing classes for kids and teens--- dream job! In my free time I have a big garden that I spend lots of time in, and when I am not at home I am wandering in the woods and or wandering on my bike looking for cozy nooks to camp in, dancing, making friends, or hot springing. I am new to couch surfing because in the past I have been a warm showers gal, which is just the equivalent but for bike tourers.

This account was made almost exclusively for my trip to Brazil this June-Aug!! My friend and I are visiting our best friend in Curitiba and we figured that the best way to travel around the country was to stay with people who could give us some direction/guidance on what to see and where to go....just trying to follow the fun! So we will be traveling up the coast and to the amazon, checkin out the sights and trying to meet friends. Currently I am learning Portuguese, and am very excited to get to practice speaking.
