ABOUT ME

If there is an opportunity to explore or take an adventure, I am all in. My life philosopy: "In order to grow we must step outside of what we already know". I want to see the world and develop my own ideas on different cultures and people, I cannot justify believing in the biased views of media on other countries. I grew up in Texas until I was 19, moved to California and moved around a bit until I was 26. I love San Diego. Hiking, yoga, music, hanging at the cafe enjoying the tunes of local musicians, any excuse to be out in nature and interacting with life, I will be there.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I can cook, help with gardening, offer good company and positive energy, yoga instruction... if your into that sort of thing, design advice.... I am quite good at space planning and have a good eye for color and balance. I am willing to offer whatever is asked of me, of corse within reason!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I am living at a friends place right now, I clean and make breakfast in the mornings.

I lived with a friend in San Diego for two months during a transition period and I cooked delicious vegetarian meals, cleaned, and provided wonderful company to her and her husband. :-)

Interests

Yoga, Backpacking, snorkeling, dancing in the rain or just dancing in general (it is especially fun in the rain though),painting, meditation, reading, a good laugh, being silly, friends, family, food (nothing like a delicious home-cooked vegetarian meal), animals, people, earth sciences, any kind of homeopathic studies.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I am doing it now.... traveling the world.
I saw a child stand up on the high speed train today to allow an old lady to sit, manors are still being taught to children...thats pretty amazing.
