ABOUT ME

I am married. I have husband and 2 adult sons. My husband uses couchsurfing together with me. My sons are living now far away from us. The older son is living in Italy and younger son became buddist monk in Japan. I used to work in food industry as regulatory affairs manager. I have retaired since July 2017. In my opinion it is the good time for traveling and geting know the world and people as well as issues, what I didn't have time for. I have had the old friends for years, but I like to meet new people, to get know their customs, countries, to discuss interesting issues,

PHILOSOPHY
understanding of people's limitation, which influence their behaviours, what means, that nobody is strange

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

We used couchsurfing twice as a travelers and we are hosts also twice.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

We used Couchsurfing in Norway. I found it as a fantastic form, which alowed us to meet very interesting people, who gave me some inspiration in my life. We hosted people from Italy and we met the couple from USA. We tried to give them advice about our area and to spend the funny time together.

Centres d'intérêt

I love choir music. I have sung in choirs for 30 years. I visited almost all countries in Europe with my choirs.
We are active people both with my husband. We go by kayak down the rivers, ride a bike, swim in lakes and climb the mountains - with real pleassure. In winter we like skiing, cross country skiing and walking. However my husband prefers more extream sports like white water kayaking or rocky mountain climbing. I exercise yoga and qi gong with pleassure - but not for a long time. Lately I started to be interested in treatment and human body/ organism harmonisation with planet tuning forks on the base of china medicine. I spend a lot of time learning and practising it .

Morceaux de musique, films et livres

Now I am impressed by Adyashanti speaches ( spiritual teacher from USA), and Nelly Radwanowska theories - regarding music therapy. Lately I watched Damien Chazelle films: Wiplash and La la land, and read Miguel Angel Ruiz book "The four agreements" I liked them!

Une aventure extraordinaire que j'ai vécue

- Diving in Egypt and seeing coral reef
- Singing Mozart Requiem with my choir.
- Rocky mountain climbing with my husband (long time ago ;)

In case of my husband , there were:
- reaching Elbrus (5642m above sea level ) in Caucasus mountains
- white water kayaking in Austria down Salza river and its tributaries
