I love learning about ANYTHING and EVERYTHING ... walking and hiking and being outdoors ... the water ... the mountains ... "interesting (challenging?) conversations" ... encountering different ideas ... languages ... cultures ...
Just moved to Cardiff, Wales and beginning a new job in food sustainability research - I think it's my "ideal job," and so I'm very excited about this new experience and this new place!
"Hmmm ... I never thought about that before ..."
