Overview
About Me
I'm a mechanical engineering student, currently on exchange writing my Bachelor Thesis in Kitakyushu, Japan. Don't worry, I'm not obsessed with mech-tech stuff, in fact most of my interests lay in fields far away from my major. I like to go abroad for studying and travelling because it's a unique chance to learn about philosophies and get new perspectives on life on our little blue planet.
One valuable question: mountains or sea and why?
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I like couches. :)
Interests
I like nature, to go hiking and climbing in the mountains. I absolutely prefer mountains over sea ( I can tell you exactly why if you are interested). I also like to take rest for a while and contemplate life and my own place and purpose on this earth. When visiting cities, I'm interested in local contemporary culture and ancient buildings.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Life is full of amazing things. But usually the most ordinary things during a journey are most memorable.
Teach, Learn, Share
I can teach German and share a bunch of stories. I would like to learn about local customs and perspectives on life. I'm not a good cook, but I am eager to learn the art of cooking. If you know how to cook a delicious veg dish I would be glad to assist in cooking and learn how to prepare it myself.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I brought some candy from Germany. If you are hosting me soon enough I will share. ;)
