I am an outgoing, quirky person who loves meeting new people and adventuring! I live in the Washington, DC area with my husband but travel internationally for work and for fun every few months. I am currently in Freetown, Sierra Leone on a short-term assignment with my company and am interested in connecting with others in the city.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

In undergrad I studied abroad in France after taking only one semester in French. I learned to speak French truly through immersion by living with a host family, taking classes from French speaking professors, etc. ! It is the best way to learn and produced some of my favorite (and silly and frustrating and awkward!) memories as I stumbled my way through learning French.
