From a young age I was always interested in traveling. That made me decide to do a batchelor in Tourism and Leisure management. And now I even have a job which is actually my hobby. I work as a tour guide for an American Cruise company on river cruises in Europe with American guests.

When I am home I like to spent as much time as possible with my friends, family, doing sports or go away again, but then on a holiday for myself.

To meet new friends, share stories, go out together, do sports and to have a great time.

Interests

I like doing sports. Running, cycling, hiking, and I played volleybal for 15 years.

I am crazy about food, can eat the whole day and want to try out everytime something else.

I like to go out, to a bar, listen to live music.

I enjoy spending time in parks, read a book, watch people, and experience local life.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I am a down to earth person, I traveled a lot on my own, but if my host likes to go to a bar, park or do sports together I am totally in for that.

I would like to share the Dutch kitchen with my host. Is there such a thing as Dutch kitchen?? Yes there is, only you won't easily find it in restaurants while it are mostly home made, lets say, farmer meals.

If you like to practise languages, I could help you with Dutch, German, Spanish and French.
