About Me

CURRENT MISSION

traveling in South America for four months by myself, looking for other queer women to hang out with and show me around all the magical places that I'll be visiting, any traveling advice about Peru, Chile, Argentina, and Costa Rica is greatly appreciated.

ABOUT ME

I like teaching.
I like writing.
I like biking.
I like soccer.
I love New Orleans.
I love traveling.

I am from the Midwest and still enjoy traveling there to see many people that I love. I've spent time abroad in various countries of Europe and Asia, Tanzania, South Africa, Egypt, and Ecuador. I'm just beginning my exploration of South America.

PHILOSOPHY

I speak for the trees.

I see so much good in the world.

The infinite possibilities of the course a life can take is beautiful and terrifying at the same time.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Not hosting right now because I'm traveling!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

My housemate (the one who lives on the either side of our shotgun) has surfers all the time.
My housemate (the one who lives with me) and I haves hosted a number of warm showers guests, which is the biking equivalent of couch surfing. Through this, I have met a number of fascinating individuals who have taught me various things, found clothing for me, and engaged in stimulating, diverse conversations. All very wonderful.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I found the Taj Mahal to be the most breathtaking, beautiful, soul touching, expressive things I have ever seen because I didn't believe that someone could build a monument really out of love because most of the world wonders I have seen were created because of megalomania. However, the wonder that this sight filled me with made me believe in that.

Completely unrelated, I have also seen a man on a unicycle playing an accordion while I was sitting on my porch. And various other typical New Orleanian things.

Teach, Learn, Share

I love reading, yoga poses, soccer skills, and how to make snow globes.

What I Can Share with Hosts

Practice your English while I practice my Spanish, insight about queer life in the States, and fun travel stories
